Refund and Returns Policy
At Sun Healthcare India, we aim to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards. However, in the rare event that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.
Returns
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged in transit or is defective
- Return request is initiated within 3 days of receiving the product
- Product is unused and in its original packaging, with all labels intact
To initiate a return:
- Share a photo of the damaged product and packaging via:
- Email: customercare@sunhealthcareindia.com
- Wait for our customer care team to validate the claim.
- Once approved, the return shipping address will be shared.
Please Note:
Sun Healthcare is not liable for damage occurring after delivery or due to mishandling. If damage occurs in transit, our team will evaluate and assist based on courier tracking and visual evidence.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been used
- Product packaging or labels are missing, damaged, or tampered
- Return is requested after the eligibility period (more than 3 days from delivery)
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Product ordered is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill it
- A valid return has been approved and received back in acceptable condition
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
